1. 事先閱讀中文或英文的內容相關主題或主要的關鍵字（Preview the topic and the keywords (Chinese version)）
2. 參與上課與課堂活動（Participate the course）
3. 課後盡快複習（Rehearse the content as soon as possible）
4. 與他人討論相關主題（Discuss with others (classmates, teachers, friends…)）
5. 搜尋相關主題的其他資源，如書籍、電影、演講、網路資源等（Search other relevant resources (books, movies, talks, Internet…)）
6. 重新組織並用自己的話說出來！（Reorganize and reproduce/talk about the topic by yourselves！）
